Daily Skills Focus
Powerskating (edge control, balance, speed generation, and agility)
Stickhandling (puck protection, dekes, fakes, and puck control)
Shooting (wrist, backhand, slap, snap shots, and situational scoring tactics)
Game scenarios (battles, odd man situations, offensive and defensive zone tactics)
Small area games and battles (body contact and protection, situational awareness, and puck movement)
Video review and skills breakdown during every session
